It's More Than Just a Visit With Santa

Santa and I have been doing this for a long time. Over the years, we've learned that no two children are alike, and neither are their visits with Santa.

There's always such a mixture of enthusiasm coming through the door. Some children bolt straight to Santa, even when it's not their turn! Others ease through the door, taking it all in. They just need a few minutes to hang out and get used to the energy that is Christmas at the studio. Some even walk in like it's just another day.

All of that is okay. Even the children who never quite get over their fear of Santa. It's only natural and should improve with time. Maybe not this Christmas, but eventually. It's all part of the experience.

We pay attention to each child as they come in. Their body language, facial expressions, what they're doing, and how they're reacting to everything around them. We adjust to each child rather than expecting every child to react the same way. We want them to have the attention and experience they deserve.

We've also worked hard to make the entire studio part of the fun. Take some selfies by the fireplace. Write a letter to Santa while you're waiting. Get a picture with Frosty. Drop your letter in Santa's mailbox. Look around, enjoy the sights, and sing along with the Christmas music. There's plenty to do before and after your visit with Santa.

It's not just about the children, either. We have parents and grandparents who come in without any children at all, just to have their own picture taken with Santa. It's a different tradition, but one that's every bit as special and fun. I think about those pictures being passed down to children and grandchildren years from now. Having a picture of Mom, Dad, Grandma, or Grandpa enjoying Christmas with Santa will be priceless to the generations that follow.

We genuinely want to make every part of your visit special and memorable. Yes, the pictures are important. We're going to do everything we can to get the best images for you. We're capturing a special moment in life, but the memories and good times are what really matter.

Years from now, when you or your children look back at those pictures, they'll take you right back to that age. Just for an instant, you're standing in that studio again, reliving that day.

We're always honored to be a small part of your Christmas. Some of you have been coming to see us for years, and we've had the privilege of watching your children grow up.

If it's been a while since you've visited, we'd really like to welcome you back. If you've never been here before, we'd like to invite you to come join the fun.

If you have questions about your visit, we're a simple phone call away. We're always happy to talk with you about whatever is on your mind.

We hope you'll come join the fun this Christmas.
